Payment information: when you pay online, your payment is processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI IDs, CVV and bank credentials are entered on the gateway and are not stored on our servers. We receive only limited details such as the transaction status, amount and a reference ID.
Technical information: basic data your browser shares automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and usage information, partly through cookies and embedded services.

To respond to your enquiries and to confirm, manage and service your booking.

To contact you about your stay, including check-in details, changes and follow-up.

Online payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregator. Your card and bank details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not see or store your full card details. Refunds, where applicable, are returned through Razorpay to your original payment method.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to understand how the site is used. We also embed third-party services such as our booking system, Google Maps (to show our location) and Google Fonts (for the website's text).
