Shipping & Delivery Policy

Sala Stay In provides accommodation and hospitality services at Kanakadasa Street, Belur, Karnataka 573115, India. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no courier or delivery shipping is involved. This policy explains how your booking is confirmed and how the service is delivered.

1. No physical shipping

Because we offer a stay (rooms and dormitory beds) rather than goods, there is nothing to be packed, couriered or shipped. References to "delivery" below mean the delivery of your booking confirmation and of the accommodation service itself.

2. Booking confirmation (digital delivery)

• After a successful booking and payment, your confirmation is delivered electronically — by email and/or WhatsApp to the contact details you provide.
• Confirmations are normally sent immediately and, in any case, within a few hours. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us so we can resend it.

3. Service delivery

• Your accommodation is "delivered" at the property on your booked dates, from your check-in time, on a 24-hour basis as described in our Terms & Conditions.
• Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID for check-in.

4. Problems with your booking

If anything is wrong with your confirmation or your stay, contact us promptly and we will put it right. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
